A source at Aleppo Police Command said that the rocket shell landed after midnight on al-Forqan market, injuring 20 citizens, some of them are in a critical condition.
The source clarified that the rocket shell was fired from the western countryside of the province.
Meanwhile, 4 civilians were killed and 14 others were injured in terrorist mortar attacks by ISIL on the besieged neighborhoods of Deir Ezzor.
SANA reporter said Saturday that the ISIL terrorists fired during the past 24 hours a number of mortar rounds on the besieged neighborhoods in the city, killing 4 people, among them two children, and injuring 14 others.
The source added that the terrorist attacks caused material damage to some houses and public and private properties of the citizens.
